Our mouse trap car did okay I think. in the distance race our car average distance was 6.64m.our car was was pretty consistent.our farthest our car went was 7.19 i was happy with the distance it traveled. In the drag race are car went all the way to the finales then lost.

the things that i would modify would be the axles. on the race they were a little bent and they would not roll in smoothly. and if there was some way to stop the resistance on the wheels i think that i would change the whole front wheels because they did not move smoothly and they would bend really easily.
if I were to redesign the whole car i would probably try to make it with only two wheels so there would be less resistance and the car and it would weigh less.i think that i would use a different string as well
